Production built around the people in the room.
GROOVE AFFAIRS is a live entertainment and event production company delivering sound, lighting, staging, equipment hire and tailored event experiences. We source artists for client bookings and build and sell custom speakers for venues, performers and sound enthusiasts.
Our approach
How we work.
- 01
Understanding the brief
Every event starts with listening: the occasion, the venue, the audience and what success looks like for you.
- 02
Tailored production and equipment
Equipment and production are selected for your event, rather than a one-size-fits-all setup.
- 03
Clear planning and communication
Scope, schedules and responsibilities are set out clearly, so you know what to expect at each stage.
- 04
Coordinating the moving parts
Equipment, technical support and entertainment are coordinated so they work together on the day.
- 05
Presentation and audience experience
Attention goes to how the event looks, sounds and feels for the people in the room.
